  4.2 On registration for Membership or Event booking we request personal information including your name, organisation, job title, business email address, and office phone/business mobile number. We hold and process this personal information submitted by our customers under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interest and customers can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
  4.3 If you send Us an email, We may collect your name, your email address, and any other information which you choose to give Us.

  5.1 If We do collect any personal data, it will be processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected.     5.2.3 To keep you informed of relevant activities, events and conferences.
    5.2.4 To advise and inform you of relevant industry news, issues and developments.
    5.2.5 Supplying you with emails that you have opted into.
